They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I tried to cancel because I could not go enough, they told I had to go at least 10 times in a four week span to qualify to cancel. They told me then I could get a doctor's note, well I got one and they said everything should be ok. Today I get a bill in the mail so I called them and they said they don't regulate that sort of stuff. So now I'm stuck in a 12 month contract but I will not step foot in that place I hope you don't as well
