Worst and Rudest business in Dothan! In addition to the story I'm about to tell, the owner herself was extremely rude. This was when they were opening their new place on the side of the circle that the humane society is on. I had left my dog at the location on Westgate with a girl that I was familiar with because I had dealt with her every time I took my dog. I called later that day to check on her, and was told that she had been relocated to the other site. I was furious. I did not want my dog being transferred anywhere, and nobody called to tell me!!! Later that day, I called the other place where they said she had been taken, and they said she was not there. I was panic-stricken and scared! I called the original place that I had taken her, and they said she was there now. When I went to pick my dog up, the lady that brought my dog charged me two dollars over the price that I had always paid for a day. When I asked why it had gone up, she said that that was the price it had always been. I told her that the other lady charged me two dollars less. She said, "Well that was incorrect, and that lady has been let go" (apparently that same day). When I asked to speak to the owner, the girl said that she was the owner's daughter. I started to tell her about my complaints, and the owner (Debbie, by the way) came out and very arrogantly, very loudly and very "nose-in-the-air" asked, "Is there a problem?!?!" Take my advice! Leave your dogs somewhere else! They'd probably be even better off at home than at Bed and Biscuit!
